Please note that by booking online you agree to our cancellation no-show policies. We require a card when booking appointment. This card will not be charged in advance. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy and cut off time for being late to your appointment before being charged as a no-show, resulting in us running the card on file.

When you book an appointment, you agree:

  • You must provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This means that if your appointment is at 1:00 Wednesday, you have until 1:00 sharp to change or cancel on Tuesday. I have no choice but to strictly adhere to this time boundary.

  • If notice to change or cancel your appointment is provided less that 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the full cost of your session. If this happens, please remember this is not a punishment, but a pre-established business agreement. A no-show will also incur the full session charge.

  • Confirmation and reminder emails, texts and calls are a courtesy. Not receiving either of these does not make a last minute appointment exempt.

  • Unexpected events can happen and occur, and I understand things like illness, work emergencies, or delayed flights are out of your control but they are also out of my control. Please contact me if an emergency happens and we can discuss a possible exemption.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late to your Microblading or Lash Extension appointment, your session is considered canceled and you are responsible for the visit total. The card on file will be charged.

  • * If you are more than 5 minutes late for a brow service that is scheduled for 15 or 30 minutes, it is considered a no show and you will be charged the full fee.  Even if you arrive to your appointment late, past our cut off, you will not be seen. *It is impossible to provide a service when there isn’t enough time.

  • In order to schedule, you must provide a credit card number to be kept securely on file. In the event of a last minute cancelation, you agree that this card on file will be charged for the cost of your session.

  • If you no-show to an appointment, arrive late, or cancel outside of our policy, you cannot rebook without paying for the missed appointment.
